Explore the many activities open to you at Hallaton Fieldwork Group. You’ll find something for every season of the year and fitness level! ALL YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES
We have monthly meetings where we plan and review our activities. We carry out geophysical surveys, field walk and organise focussed excavations. We clean and catalogue our finds, write up and archive our results in the public domain. We also support ad hoc projects that reflect our members individual interests. In addition to the field work we arrange to visit other heritage sites in and outside the Leicestershire area.
Meeting Times are usually 7.30pm Monday nights at Slawston Village Hall unless otherwise stated
